Meet Lisa Collins, a mature life coach with 20 years of experience as a counselor and coach.

 

Her background has given her a grounded, empathetic and patient approach. She is known for her wisdom, perceptive questions, and ability to help clients connect their past experiences with their future goals.

 

​Lisa's maturity and experience are her greatest assets. She has navigated her own share of life's ups and downs, which gives her a profound sense of empathy. She understands that significant life changes are rarely simple.

Experience: Lisa started her career as a counselor specializing in addiction and grief. Over time she transitioned into life coaching, integrating her psychological experience with a more forward-focused, action-orientated methodology.  

Lisa has a Bachelors in Psychology,Substance Use Disorder Certified Counselor Clinical Supervisor II, ICF Life Coach.
